Research Analyst (Italian Serie A)

QuantBet Ltd are looking for anybody with a passion about Italian Football to join our team.

We are looking for those people with an outstanding knowledge of teams, players and tactics and are looking to join an already talented team in an ambitious company.

The Role

QuantBet Ltd are one of the brightest up and coming companies in Sports Betting, focusing on cutting edge analysis, research & trading.

We are recruiting for the position of Research Analyst covering the Italian Serie A to join our team and provide expected line ups and advance knowledge of games from this competition. This is a paid role.

The role will involve producing Previews of every game played in the Italian Serie A to our set template, including but not limited to expected line ups, injury & suspension data, tactical set up and likely approach. You will use our bespoke web based platform to do this, on which full training will be given.

The role has flexible hours, though availability to provide previews 3 days before each game and an update 1 day before each game is mandatory. This job can be combined with other roles and is likely to take around 15 hours per week.

The role is home based, all you need is a strong understanding of Football and a fast and reliable Internet connection - videos of all games will be provided for you along with access to our data collection platform. Being able to Speak/read Italian is highly desirable, as we want the most in depth knowledge possible, often only gained if you are fluent in this language.

About You

We are looking for those people with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. The data collected is integral to how we work and so needs to be done to the highest level possible. Being able to concentrate and work autonomously is key.

We want somebody who is extremely knowledgeable about Italian football - do your friends often ask your opinion when a Italian player joins their team? Are you somebody who has an in depth knowledge of how Sassuolo play? Are you the one who can recite the starting XI of Bologna? Then you are the kind of person we want to hear from!

The role has the potential to make it whatever you want, with opportunities for progression into other roles and tasks within the company possible in future.

While we don’t ask for any specific educational background and welcome applications from those of all ages there are a few things we require: -

·      Being able to clearly speak and write in English
·      Good grasp of spoken Italian, or as a minimum being able to read Italian
·      Accuracy is fundamental, whether in your research or spelling & grammar - you should be proficient in use of computers and IT.
·      Highly motivated and enthusiastic - we want you to take pride in your work
·      Knowledge of betting markets is desirable (particularly Asian Handicaps & Total Goals Lines) but training will be given and this is not essential.


The role is open to anybody worldwide - as it is home based there are no restrictions. You will be a contractor of QuantBet and NOT an employee. Payment is set at the going market rate and paid per game.

QuantBet - Performance Analyst Recruitment

We are recruiting for open positions as a Football Performance Analyst to join our team and help us collect data on the 20 competitions we currently cover. These are paid roles.

The role will involve watching games and using our proprietary bespoke data collection platform to capture key event data as specified by us. Full training will be given.

The role has no set hours, though availability to watch games for sustained periods over Sunday, Monday & Tuesday is essential. While this job can be combined with other roles the nature of when football is played means that availability on these days is key.

The role is home based, all you need is a strong understanding of Football and a fast and reliable Internet connection - videos of all games will be provided for you along with access to our data collection platform.

About You
